Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system while ensuring confidentiality.
• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions or upgrades.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Multilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages enhances communication with diverse clients.
• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for effective client interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills are required for daily tasks.
• Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills will help you excel in this role.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and outbound calling techniques ensures professional engagement with customers.
