Inbound & Cross-Sell Sales Specialist (U.S. Telecom Campaign) We are hiring confident, energetic **Inbound Sales Specialists** to join our U.S. Telecom campaign. You will take inbound calls from interested customers, pitch complementary services, cross-sell additional products, and close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers and assess their telecom needs.

Recommend optimal TV/Internet plans and effectively cross sell additional products and service upgrades. Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Maintain call logs and follow up with leads using our CRM system. Collaborate with your team to drive sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in Inbound Sales or U.S. Cable/Internet campaigns. Proven ability to cross-sell and maximize order value. Excellent English communication and a confident phone presence. Basic familiarity with CRM tools and call center software. Must be available for permanent night shifts

(8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).

What We Offer:
