About the Role:
We are seeking a CRS Support to join our team in Yas Island branch. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and prospects.
- Provide accurate information regarding real estate projects and services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM with client interactions.
- Deliver high-level customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
- Bilingual Arabic and excellent communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in Customer Service, preferably in real estate.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Prefer to have a car and driving license.
