Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist (Remote)

We are hiring Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist (Remote) for one of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Service or Quality Assurance (BPO/Call - Center preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently in a remote environment
