Customer Service Rep / Agent in Training

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who is eager to learn the insurance business. This role is a great fit for someone who loves helping people and is interested in growing into a licensed insurance agent.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with questions, policy changes, and billing
• Provide friendly, reliable customer service
• Learn the insurance industry with hands-on training
• Support sales opportunities as you grow into an agent role with the intent to become an agent

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service experience
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow into sales/agent responsibilities
• Must pass a background and credit check
• Sales experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus, but not required
