Customer Service Rep-Book Distributor

Customer Service Representative – International Book Distributor

Are you a detail-oriented, professional, and proactive communicator? Join our International book distribution company in Dulles, VA as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth order processing and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Process purchase orders received via email, phone, or fax
  • Provide timely and professional communication to internal and external customers
  • Prepare accurate shipment instructions for the warehouse team
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, while assisting with new client onboarding
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous office or customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
