We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
- Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and procedures.
- Identify and report recurring issues or process improvements to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in a customer service or client support role.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
