Position Summary

We are seeking a Female Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our Support Department at our Aesthetic Head Quater in Garden Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling inbound or outbound customer interactions in a call center environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role involves engaging with clients over the phone and online channels to provide information about aesthetic treatments, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and ensure a premium customer experience. Comprehensive product and service training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to clinic services, treatments, and appointments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — including consultants, aesthetic practitioners, and front desk — to confirm appointments and follow up on client queries.
  • Assist in client retention by ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and promoting new services or offers.
  • Manage communication via WhatsApp, email, and social media chat, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Achieve monthly targets for customer response time, satisfaction, and lead conversion.
  • Participate in product and communication training sessions to enhance knowledge of aesthetic services.
  • Uphold the clinic’s professional image and ensure confidentiality of all client information.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Polished and confident telephone etiquette.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple calls/chats and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Basic computer and CRM/data-entry proficiency.
  • Team player with a professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or intermediate with strong communication skills).
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Inbound or Outbound Call Center Representative (healthcare, hospitality, or beauty industry experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with customer service systems, CRM tools, or appointment scheduling software will be an advantage.

Job Timings : 3 PM to 12 AM (or may be changed according to the company requirements)

Market Competitive Salary subjected to evaluation during the interview
