At Windsor Sanitation, Inc, we are seeking to hire a customer service representative/office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess, a mix of workplace skills and technical skills. In this role, you will be responsible for effective communication, answering customer inquiries, managing payments, setting up new accounts, resolving customer complaints/issues and ensuring customer satisfaction with every communication. The individual will take on a variety of duties, i.e. weekly accounts payable, tracking PTO, learning our software and other cross-training responsibilities as necessary.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent customer service etiquette
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Works well both in a team and individually
· Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
· Working knowledge of office equipment and ability to learn new technologies
· Quick Books on-line required

The Pay Rate for this position is an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour
