Customer Service Representative

The Cook Law Office, a personal injury firm, is seeking an outstanding candidate who is highly motivated to join our team. This position will be directly assisting one of our attorneys. This position is at our Cedar City office.

This position will: include but not limited to:

• Assist the attorney in answering phone calls and communicating with individuals seeking our representation
• Assist the attorney with a variety of clerical tasks
• Be a liaison between the attorney and other departments in the firm

Successful candidates will be:

• Individuals who are highly motivated and can be trusted to work with minimal supervision
• Those with strong customer service skills
• Those with an eye for detail
• Efficient workers who can handle multiple tasks
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Working at out Cedar City office

Spanish language skills are a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
