About the Role
SwiftPath Logistics is hiring energetic Customer Service Representatives (Sales) to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll interact with clients across the US and Canada, handle calls, resolve queries, and actively promote logistics solutions. The position is fast-paced and in-office, requiring excellent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
• Understand customer needs, upsell services, and close sales opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs while keeping CRM records accurate.
• Address client concerns with empathy and coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay updated on company services, promotions, and logistics industry trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or telesales (logistics/BPO background preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
• Full-time availability for the night shift at our office near DHA Phase 6.
