Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly individual to join our bakery team as a Cake Order & Customer Service Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take cake and bakery orders from customers in a professional and polite manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and request materials on time.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
• Communicate with customers with good behavior and provide excellent service.
• Manage and update WhatsApp Business with promotions, new items, and offers.
• Keep online menu platforms updated with correct items and prices.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely order handling.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in bakery, café, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage).
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and online menu platforms.
• Organized, reliable, and customer-focused.

Salary: AED 1800 – 3000 (based on experience)
Duty Hours: 9 hours per day
Weekly Off: 1 day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
