Key Duties and Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.</li><li>Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.</li><li>Handle payroll processing, overtime, and monthly reports.</li><li>Ensure company policies and UAE labor laws are followed.</li><li>Address employee relations issues and ensure a positive work environment.</li><li>Coordinate training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee data and company information.</li></ul>Public Relations Officer (PRO) Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle all visa processes &mdash; application, renewal, cancellation, and medical tests.</li><li>Manage Emirates ID, labor card, and health insurance procedures.</li><li>Visit government offices (MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, etc.) when required.</li><li>Prepare and submit required documentation for trade licenses and other renewals.</li><li>Maintain proper records of company documents and employee visas.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all UAE legal and government requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with management for the timely completion of all PRO-related tasks.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of HR &amp; PRO experience in UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processing.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
