Cashier/Customer Service

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cashier to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment such as cafes, restaurants, or retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately
• Operate POS system efficiently and efficiently close daily cash
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and ensure proper end-of-day reconciliation
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Assist in resolving billing issues or discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counter
• Coordinate with team for smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years cashier experience in UAE (mandatory)
• Experience in F&B or retail industry preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Honest, responsible, and presentable
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
