Waiter

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our growing F&B team. Candidates with prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Set up and clear tables before and after service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
