Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable
Customer Service Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

Maintain customer records by updating account information in the CRM system.

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Handle returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
