Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Title Department is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by assisting clients, real estate professionals, lenders, and internal staff with title-related inquiries. This role involves handling incoming requests, gathering and verifying property information, processing title orders, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of title products. The CSR serves as a key liaison between clients and the title production team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding title orders and services.
  • Review and verify property details, legal descriptions, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with title officers, escrow officers, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in title software systems and CRM.
  • Ensure all customer interactions reflect a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness.
  • Assist with CRM Reports including excel spread sheets
  • Perform general administrative duties as required (e.g., filing, scanning, document preparation).

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree or relevant coursework (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the real estate, title insurance, or mortgage industry.
  • Familiarity with title and escrow processes is a strong plus.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) experience with title software (e.g., SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Supporting Marketing Projects with weekly data, printing projects, and promo items

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
