Job Title: Customer Service Agent

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Fresh Graduates or no prior experience will also be eligible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with customers via phone, messages, or in-person to promote sales.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales.
