Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a new team member to help us handle the growing traffic coming into the app.

Your main role will be reaching out to two key groups of people:

• Sign ups – People who have downloaded the app and signed up but never started the trial. We want to understand why they downloaded it (to qualify them), and if they are the right fit, why they didn’t start their trial. This helps us improve the product and process.

• Cancellations – People who either cancelled their trial or were paying customers but decided to leave. The goal here is to gather honest feedback on why they cancelled (so we can make the app better), and where possible, win them back with the right offer or discount.

We’re looking for someone who’s charismatic, confident on the phone, and naturally good at sales. More importantly, we want someone hungry to grow — someone who sees this role as a chance to build their skills and career while being part of one of the fastest-growing automotive start-ups in the UK.

This is a full-time role, ideally with availability between 9am and 8pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
