We are seeking a professional and dynamic Female Customer Service Representative with experience in reception and administrative support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.

Manage appointment scheduling, front desk operations, and office coordination.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for administrative processes.

Support internal departments with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Ensure the reception area and office environment are well-organized and welcoming.
