Customer Service Representative

ey Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively within defined timelines.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Accounts, etc.) to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Identify trends in customer interactions and suggest process improvements.
  • Meet performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, service, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
