ey Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively within defined timelines.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Accounts, etc.) to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify trends in customer interactions and suggest process improvements.
- Meet performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
