Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our clinic based in Başakşehir.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients to provide information and support.
• Handle inquiries and resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with doctors, translators, and other departments.
• Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage positive feedback.
• Uphold Vitrin Clinic’s brand image with professionalism and warmth at every interaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or medical tourism is a plus.
• Only Girls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.

Pay: 29,000.00TRY - 30,000.00TRY per month
