Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.


Track orders, shipments, and service tickets; provide timely, accurate updates.


Log, investigate, and resolve complaints; escalate issues when needed.


Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth deliveries and after-sales service.


Maintain CRM records, quotations, POs, invoices, and service reports with high data accuracy.


Follow up on payments, documentation, and compliance checks as required.


Prepare daily/weekly MIS on inquiries, conversions, TAT, and NPS/CSAT.


Support cross-sell/upsell campaigns and promotional outreach.


What Were Looking For


3 5 years experience in customer service within trading, distribution, logistics, or related industries.


Solid exposure to sales & marketing support (lead follow-ups, proposals, promos).


Strong communication and problem-solving skills; calm under pressure.


Working knowledge of CRM/ERP tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.


Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.


A hard-working, hands-on mindset with ownership and attention to detail.Role & responsibilities
