Job Summary:
The Customer Care Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. This role is responsible for resolving customer inquiries, handling complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience that reflects the company’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within company systems.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to address customer needs.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
