We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Team!

Position Summary: A customer service representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They're the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm- Some Saturdays may be required during the busy season.

Pay: $20/hr.-$25/hr.- Depending on Experience

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• Intermediate computer skills
• Problem solving skills

Desired Qualifications:

• 1+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
