 - Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to document information, generate reports, and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.
 - Support client services by offering multilingual assistance when needed, ensuring effective communication across diverse populations.
 - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
