• Provide administrative support to the operations team, such as answering phones and maintaining records.
• Assist with organizing shipments by booking space on ships, planes, or trucks.
• Help prepare and process shipping and customs documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
• Liaise with clients and carriers to provide customer service and status updates.
• Support with tasks like sorting proof of deliveries (PODs) and opening job files.
• Develop and maintain filing systems.
• Communicate with suppliers to organize shipments.
