Engage with UK-based clients over the phone in a professional, friendly manner

Handle customer inquiries confidently and clearly

Deliver a world-class customer experience on every call

Follow structured call scripts and campaign guidelines

Collaborate with your team lead to exceed weekly targets and KPIs

Who We’re Looking For:

Excellent spoken English & active listening skills

Energetic, positive, and customer-focused personality

Quick learner with basic computer knowledge

Comfortable working full UK shift hours
