A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service. The CSR serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers through phone calls, email, chat, or in-person communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and pricing.

Handle complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Track, document, and manage customer interactions and feedback in the system.

Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests as needed.

Follow up on pending issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical or product-related questions.

Maintain a friendly, respectful, and solution-oriented communication style.

Meet performance targets such as response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to remain patient, calm, and professional in difficult situations.

Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email support systems).

Strong listening and complaint-handling skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Multitasking and time management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
