We are hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the frontline ambassador of our brand. You will resolve customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat,
  • Process orders/returns, and escalate complex cases to senior support when needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and Achieve high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and meet response time KPIs.
  • Educate customers on product features, policies, and self-service options.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field is a plus).
  • 1 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, or hospitality experience counts).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly tone.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM and basic computer applications (Google Workspace/MS Office).
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM and multitask across systems.

Preferred Skills:

Multilingual abilities (especially in English and Hindi)

Experience with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email, social).

Familiarity with your industry’s products/services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
