Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance coverage (vision and medical providers)
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Check patients in and out with accuracy and professionalism
• Order contact lenses
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Assist with daily deposits and collecting copays
• Check and respond to emails and faxes in a timely manner
• Manage and optimize the patient schedule
• Complete daily assigned tasks and support office operations
• Rotate between two office locations

Qualifications:

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Team oriented mindset with a willingness to grow
• Previous experience in a medical or optometry office is a plus but not required
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required

Schedule :

• 5 days a week
• Monday to Friday
• Half day Fridays
• No nights
• No weekends
