About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience across phone, email, and chat channels.

Key Responsibilities-

Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Resolve complaints or escalate complex issues as needed.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Coordinate with internal teams for quick problem resolution.

Provide feedback to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
