Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer service representative who is confident, persuasive, and passionate about clean energy. The ideal candidate will contact potential clients, explain our solar solutions, and arrange meetings. If you enjoy speaking to people and want to contribute to a greener Pakistan, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential residential and commercial customers.
  • Provide clear and concise information about Mason1’s solar solutions.
  • Brief clients about our products, how we work, and the process of installing solar systems.
  • Arrange meetings/consultations.
  • Maintain follow-ups with leads and update call records.
  • Handle basic customer queries and generate interest in our services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Excellent and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a simple way.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Telesales or customer service experience is a plus.

Full time Onsite Job.

Location: Bahria town phase 4, civic center

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
