Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound phone calls, handling email requests, and interacting with customers face-to-face. This role demands a friendly, helpful approach, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and promoting a customer-first mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions professionally and courteously.
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues with a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships
  • Promote and upsell company products and services as opportunities arise.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets by explaining the benefits of additional products and services to customers and seizing opportunities to sell
  • Maintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions in a database for sales and executive management teams to review

Qualifications:

  • Arabic speaker and know English as a second language
  • Organization
  • Time management
  • Clear verbal and written
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Educational background in business, marketing, or finance
  • Ability to think quickly and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and programs.
  • A customer-first attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Salary expectations:

2500 AED monthly
