We are looking for experience CSR (Customer Service Representative) person who has the experience of working in an online digital electronics store, specializing in smartphones, tech gadgets, and accessories for delivering exceptional support across online channels by assisting customers with orders, product inquiries, shipping concerns, returns, handling customer complaints,inquiries, and overall shopping experience. The CSR helps maintain high customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and friendly communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be available for customer support 24/7 if any queries come through on E-bay.
  • Majorly deal with the incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Must be able to work on Google Sheets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media regarding orders, products, payments, and website navigation.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling refunds or exchanges.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to shipping delays, damaged products, missing items, or incorrect orders.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and e Commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Amazon, E bay, etc).
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Provide product information, recommend alternatives, and guide customers through the purchase process.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues or trends to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or online retail environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries during peak periods.
  • Familiarity with e Commerce platforms , CRM systems.
  • Basic computer knowledge and comfort using web-based tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Location: 895 N Basement, J Solar Building beside LAPS School, Poonch Road Samanabad, Lahore.

Timings: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
