- Welcome patients and visitors at the reception with a warm and professional approach.
- Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
- Provide information about the center’s services, procedures, and policies.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve issues courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to support smooth operations.
- Manage phone calls and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Language: Tagalog & English
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare or administrative background is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a reception or healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling systems).
