  • Welcome patients and visitors at the reception with a warm and professional approach.
  • Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
  • Provide information about the center’s services, procedures, and policies.
  • Handle patient concerns and resolve issues courteously and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to support smooth operations.
  • Manage phone calls and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Language: Tagalog & English
  • High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare or administrative background is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a reception or healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling systems).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
