• Free to fully commit to a full time job
• Able to commit to 24/7 rotational shifts from site

Key Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional technical support to customers via various channels such as phone, email, and live chat
• Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions for problem resolution
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver the best possible support
