Job Summary:
As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll provide friendly, helpful, and efficient assistance through phone, email, chat. Whether resolving issues, answering questions, or guiding users, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
  • Resolve product problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure full resolution
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
