Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound calls from customers related to Kotak 811 digital savings accounts
  2. Resolve customer queries related to mobile app usage, transactions, login, or account issues
  3. Assist customers with troubleshooting and guide them step-by-step
  4. Ensure first-call resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  5. Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the relevant departments
  6. Maintain call logs and update CRM systems diligently

7.Meet performance targets like AHT, quality scores, and customer experience metrics
