</b></p><ul><li>Security assessment and documentation
</li><li>Drafting and vetting of contracts
</li><li>Litigation Management.

</b></p><ul><li>Security assessment and creation, with key focus on Mortgages.
</li><li>Drafting, vetting and negotiating loan and security documents.
</li><li>Closely following cases/litigations filed by/against the Bank.
</li><li>Vetting of case papers
</li><li>Replying to customer or BO complaints.
</li><li>Drafting and negotiating vendor contracts, NDA, agreements etc
</li><li>Experience in Portfolio due diligence, buyout of stressed and standard assets and its documentation
</li><li>Being conversant with Property laws, Stamp acts, Companies Act, Contract Act etc
</li><li>To give updates on Property Laws, Local Laws and Notifications to the Department ;
</li><li>Prepare and maintain MIS;
</li>Legal Audit - its reporting, resolution and closure of audit queries<br>

</b></p><ul><li>To give regular updates on latest enactments / orders concerning the Legal processes;
</li><li>Conducting internal audits
</li></ul><p><b>Job Requirements:
</b></p><ul><li>Academic Qualification &ndash; LLB
</li><li>Work Experience &ndash; 7-10 years.
</li><li>Prior experience working with Banks or NBFCs . <b>Not keen to take from recovery background pls </b>.
</li><li>Drafting/Documentation skills, Knowledge of Property Laws, Local Laws
</li><li>Good Negotiation and Communication skills

Team Member Legal - Commercial Banking-SUPPORT SERVICES-Legal

</li></ul><ul><li>Handle the whole process of providing Vehicle loan to customers.
</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up EMI customers &amp; arrears customers for collection.
</li></ul><ul><li>Developing the new market area and gathering market information.
</li></ul><ul><li>Always try to make new market to generate sales.

</b></p><ul><li><b>Have good awareness of Corporates with entry point links in those corporates.
</b></li><li><b>Good Communication &amp; Presentation Skills required since he will be focusing on core corporates for Digital Banking.
</b></li><li><b>Cross sells bank products to existing set of Corp Sal customers which are mapped.
</b></li><li><b>Handle Investment and Insurance requirements of clients
</b></li><li><b>Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
</b></li><li><b>Coordinates with other group companies to provide awareness to our group company employees for our KOTAKJIFI products.
</b></li><li><b>Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products - enhancement of customer value
