Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital strategy across social media, paid media, and influencer marketing. The role requires expertise in media planning, community building on Instagram, branded content IP creation, and performance analysis. Proficiency in Excel, strong analytical skills, and the ability to decode campaign metrics are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy & Media Planning
  • Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Review and optimize media plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for campaign execution across display, social, search, and programmatic platforms.
  • Social Media & Community Building
  • Create and manage content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Build and scale Instagram communities from scratch, driving engagement and brand advocacy.
  • Monitor social trends and audience insights to craft innovative campaigns.
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers to amplify brand messaging.
  • Negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and measure influencer performance.
  • Integrate influencer-led campaigns with broader digital strategies.
  • Content & IP Creation
  • Conceptualize and execute branded content IPs such as video series, podcasts, and interactive formats.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand values.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Use Excel and analytics tools to track KPIs, prepare dashboards, and optimize campaigns.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.
  • Innovation & Emerging Tech
  • Stay updated on AI tools, marketing automation, and emerging platforms.
  • Recommend and integrate new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to media planning and influencer marketing.
  • Proven ability to build social communities and execute content-led campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills; fluent in Excel and comfortable with numbers.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media tools and performance reporting.
  • Creative thinker with experience in IP creation and storytelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with SEO, graphic design, and video editing tools is a plus.
