Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Content Creator and Customer Service Associate. This role combines traditional customer service responsibilities with creative digital content creation. You will serve as a key point of contact for both retail and wholesale customers while also helping to build our online presence by creating engaging social media posts and videos that highlight our products and brand.
Job Scope:
In this role, you’ll handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking retail and wholesale orders, processing transactions, and assisting with Gift Shop services. You’ll also create and manage content for social media, including photos, videos, and posts that promote our products and events. Working with the team, you’ll help maintain a consistent social media calendar, engage with followers, and support overall brand awareness. This role is perfect for someone who’s friendly, creative, and passionate about customer service and digital marketing.
Essential Duties:
· Maintain and builds customer relationships and accounts
· Answer incoming calls for customer service with friendliness and professionalism
· Create and schedule posts, reels, and stores across social media platforms
· Order processing & data entry
· 60 Outbound sales calls to current business accounts
· Resolution of any customer issues
· Greets and assists customers in Gift Shop POS
· Cash & credit card sales
· Light filing, faxing & other office duties
· Additional duties as required or assigned
Skills & Abilities
· Ability to type 45 wpm
· Must be able to communicate clearly by telephone and email
· Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
· Social media familiarity (posts, stories, engagement)
· Problem-Solving Abilities
· Attention to Detail and Accuracy
