Job Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and in-store interactions
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, returns, and general inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending issues
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when needed
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand guidelines
• Deliver an excellent customer experience that reflects Jacked Nutrition’s values

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred (retail, call center, or supplement industry is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (CRM, email, chat support tools)
• Passion for health, fitness, and customer satisfaction
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
