Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Mobile Tyre Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves managing customer enquiries, booking jobs, and liaising with the Operations Manager and tyre fitters to ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong tyre knowledge, proven tyre sales experience, and excellent communication skills.

Job Timings
This is a 6 days per week role with a 10 hour shift each working day.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and enquiries.
Book in jobs accurately and efficiently, ensuring details are passed on to the operations team.
Liaise with the Operations Manager and tyre fitters to coordinate daily schedules.
Provide expert advice to customers on tyre options, suitability, and pricing.
Upsell and cross sell additional tyre products and services where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of sales and bookings using company systems.
Build strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Work towards and achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment, ideally handling automotive or tyre-related enquiries.
  • Strong understanding of tyre brands, sizes, and vehicle fitment, with the ability to provide clear and accurate guidance over the phone.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills with a confident, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Proven ability to handle high call volumes, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strong performance in a fast-paced call centre setting.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail when logging calls, creating bookings, and processing customer data.
  • Skilled at managing customer objections, upselling relevant products, and closing sales during calls.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, booking platforms, and other call centre technology (desirable).
