Job Summary:
The Call Center CSR handles high-volume inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with requests and ensuring quick resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Provide information on products, billing, account status, and service policies.
  • Document interactions in call center software.
  • Meet daily performance metrics (AHT, FCR, QA score, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot common technical and service-related issues.
  • Maintain a professional tone and adhere to call scripts.
  • Participate in training to stay updated on products and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm during high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with CRM or call center systems.
