Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Repair

Inspect, diagnose, and repair arcade games, simulators, vending machines, and electronic amusement equipment.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.

Troubleshoot faults in PCBs, power supplies, motors, sensors, screens, and control systems.
-
Replace defective parts and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
Operations Support

Ensure gaming equipment is fully operational during business hours.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repair requests.
-
Assist with installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of new gaming equipment.

Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate replacements as required.
Safety & Compliance
-
Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and operational guidelines.

Conduct routine safety checks to prevent hazards and ensure customer safety.
-
Follow electrical safety, lockout/tagout, and equipment handling procedures.
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and service reports.
-
Track recurring issues and recommend long-term fixes or upgrades.

Report equipment performance and downtime to management.
Coordination
-
Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for complex repairs or warranty claims.

Support operations team during peak hours, events, or promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
-
Diploma or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in arcade, gaming, amusement, or electronic equipment repair.
Technical Skills
-
Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

Experience working with arcade machines, simulators, coin/token systems, and control panels.

Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
