We are seeking a dependable and professional Taxi Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation operations and ensure prompt, efficient service for our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming calls and digital booking requests, accurately dispatching drivers based on location and availability, monitoring trips through GPS systems, and maintaining clear, consistent communication with drivers throughout their shifts. This role requires strong decision-making skills to manage high call volumes, adjust schedules during peak periods, and resolve customer concerns in a calm and professional manner. The dispatcher must maintain accurate trip records, provide clear fare or pickup information to customers, and ensure compliance with company policies and local transportation regulations. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
