Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to our customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, and delivery tracking.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and recurring issues.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales support is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
