Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales contracts.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate
- 1-2 years home-country experience in a sales/support/admin role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent email and telecom etiquettes
