Female Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales contracts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate
  • 1-2 years home-country experience in a sales/support/admin role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent email and telecom etiquettes
