We are looking for experienced Arabic-speaking Medical Receptionists and Call Center Agents to join our medical facility in Sharjah.

Location: Sharjah
Position: Medical Receptionist / Call Center Agent
Language: Arabic Speaker (mandatory)
Salary: AED 2500 – 3500 (based on experience)

✔ Requirements:

• Experience in medical reception or medical call center is a must
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
• Knowledge of UAE medical insurance is an advantage
• Professional, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
